  • Review the Veterans Educational Benefits Checklist to ensure you have completed all Certification requirements.
  • Prior to Certification, you must be: admitted, enrolled and declare a major.
  • ALL official academic transcripts from previously attended colleges/universities must be received and evaluated by Registration and Enrollment Services.
  • Complete ONLY the forms we have requested from you. It's recommended you make a copy for your records.
